We offer FLAT RATE shipping of only $9.50 on all orders shipped in Canada. FLAT RATE means you will be charged a flat fee of $7.50 on any size order anywhere in Canada. All parcels are shipped with CanadaPost Expedited Parcel Service, which includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00. If your purchase requires more insurance please contact organicbynature.ca to purchase extra coverage. Your parcel will take between 1-7 days to arrive at your home. You can still enjoy FREE shipping option if your order is over $150 and shipped within Canada or to US. US orders will be refunded shipping cost once we receive your order.

We offer both TABLE RATE and the actual shipping charges which are calculated electronically by Canada Post Shipping Server to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates.
Table rate is a table of fixed rates, usually a lot lower then actual shipping costs which allows you to save money on shipping, while still getting your parcel shipped with expedited service.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours once payment is received with an exception where a specific item is temporarily out of stock but not yet updated in our system. We will contact you to make arrangements should this situation occur.
We know that when you purchase an item, you would like to receive it as soon as possible. Which is why we offer various shipping options. The estimated date of your order arrival for each shipping option will be automatically indicated by Canada Post Shipping Server during checkout. Depending on where you live in Canada, your order may take 1-7 days to arrive once it is shipped. Orders from the US may take up to 2 weeks to deliver, depending on the shipping option selected. All other international delivery times vary from country to country. All rates are in CAD and are subject to GST when shipped within Canada. Certain products, such as baby clothing and diapers are PST excempt when shipped in Ontario. For your convenience, all taxes are broken down in different product classes, shown on your invoice upon checkout. International orders, including orders shipped to US are tax free.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund less shipping costs for up to 14 days after delivery confirmation through Canada Post. After 14 days and before 30 days, we offer an in-store credit only. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returned items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original packaging and instructions. If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending it back to us. We do not charge restocking fee!
